Equity Research is the analysis of available data about a company to try and forecast the future performance of its stock. Based on this forecast, the researcher gives a call whether in his opinion, investors should buy, hold, sell or avoid the stock of the company.
There are two types of equity research-
1) Fundamental Research.
1) Technical Research.
